David Krainert is Chairman & CEO of KVLR Capital.  He is the founder of a real estate private equity firm with $630 million in assets under management and offices in New York & London. David’s commitment to assessing complex and opportunistic investments positions KVLR for safe yet rewarding investments in healthcare and technology. Since the fund's inception in 2019, David has secured $370 million in assets. His experience spans working with institutional clients, the Big Four, large banks, and leading law firms nationwide.

David leads KVLR Capital as a Management Services Organization (MSO) and is well versed in structuring deals and partnerships to focus on the nonclinical parts of healthcare operations. He is an ex-FBI Special Agent, a former New York State Senate nominee, and a devoted father of three. He obtained a BS in Law Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2010 and an MS in Accounting from Brooklyn College in 2014.
